That if you want chocolate chip cookies and you've run out of baking soda and all you have is baking powder, that substituting the powder for the soda works fine, as long as you let the cookies get a bit dark and therefore, crunchy? *smacks lips* So much for all those websites that say there is no acceptable substitute for baking soda! *blows raspberry*
