I was wondering why I had to repeat myself over and over to folks on the phone today. They weren't making any fucking sense. I had to repeat myself three times at least, slowly.

It's the Zombie Apocalypse! Customers were stupid because of the fact their brains were all mush. *facepalm* My bad.

I will strive to be more patient with the undead next time I work.
