So, SG1 has been cancelled and prior to the big party celebrating it's 200th episode. Sounds familair, sounds like when news of Farscape's cancellation occured during the season 4 wrap party. They were online with the fans, no less. And the Sci-Fi channel had recently signed for years more of Farscape episodes.
I don't dispute that the past season or so hasn't been up to the usual standards of the show, it's the timing, I suppose. Get em while they're all together having a good time, you know?
And I have to admit, the Farscape cameo on the 200th episode had me intensely nostalgic for what was a great series. Neither Ben nor Claudia have had an iota of the magic on SG1 that they had as Aeryn and Crichton on Farscape.
Just kinda sad to see it all end, I suppose.
