Random thoughts

I'm pleased to have gotten a hairdresser today who actually listened to what I wanted and gave it to me.

Now that it's been a few weeks since I saw Brokeback Mountain, one of the images that has stuck in my mind is Ennis, holding his hat, his head dipped shyly. It makes my heart ache wonderfully, every time I think about it.

I <3 the scarf that my best buddy made for me. It's so warm and snuggly and goes perfectly with my barn jacket and new shoes. I'm like country chic. *g*

I work with some grumpy, whiny people. And the bad thing is that I'm also a one of those kind of people. It's hard to go in and be positive when so few are. And I think about how much nicer it is when people are smiling.

I need to be better about staying in touch with the people I care about. It's something I struggle with all the time. Not that I don't want to talk with them or anything, but it's so easy to get caught up in my own concerns.

Mrs. Sees molasses chips are like a little slice of heaven. :)
