I can't believe I'm going to say this

But I like the Paul Anka album, Rock Swings. He does completely different takes on the songs, doesn't actually ruin them, because for me? When I think of Everybody Hurts, I still hear REM in my head. What he's done is a salute to all these great rock songs of the 80s and 90s. I mocked it myself, at first. But the more I hear it, the more it makes me smile. Isn't that all we want from an album, sometimes?
