Star Wars!

No spoilers! Just impressions. :)

We left the house at a dead run, me all worried that we'd get there and the tickets would be sold out. But Mark was hungry, so we went to Sonic, got some burgers and ate them on the drive to the theater. Theater was not packed! But there was a little guy dressed as Anakin, so I had to call and say, "hi Anakin!" He loved it.

The movie itself? Worth the price of admission just to see the sabre fights. Seriously. As much as Clones lacked excitement, this movie had it in spades.

Which is the best SW? Sorry, it's still gotta be the empire Strikes Back. But how can you beat dialogue like: "I love you." and "I know." *g*

And I still get a thrill when I hear the music start up.

Oh! Another SW thought

I've seen pictures of Obi-Wan before I saw this movie. And I grumbled how stodgy and unattractive I thought he looked. OMG, how could I have forgotten how animated Ewan is when he speaks? In other words, he's still freaking hot, even under a Wookie-ish mound of whiskers. I still would like to tear his robes off. :)
