Makeup and sparklies

Last week a good friend of mine had me looking through choices online at the Urban Decay site. And like the Grinch, except like in a girly fashion, my love of makeup was revived. I went in search (at Target) for the perfect lipgloss. I became *insert huge gasp* a girly girl again!

I bought mascara, eyeliner and this really cool coppery and shimmery lipgloss from Milani that has people at work asking what's going on, cause I'm wearing *huge gasp again* makeup! It makes me wonder how the heck I usually look. You know?

It is a boost, though, to have people say I look nice. I can't remember when I heard that last. So, maybe I will take the extra time. And now that I have this eye stuff that doesn't make my eyes run, I think I can keep this up. It's actually the reason I stopped in the first place. But I didn't have these medicines I take for my allergies then.

So, I wonder if Aveda is having a sale soon? *g*
