People who find cats worthless

have never lived with one who cried when he couldn't get into a room to be with his favorite person. Has never pushed away a cat when he was feeling grumpy or lonely, only to have the cat persist and insist on curling to you. Or looked into that cat's face when he's being petted on the head and seen absolute bliss, or the raise of his head to fit it against a palm. Cats have feelings, many to do with devotion and of course, the desire to be fed. And the people who only see cats as pests who dig in garbage and destroy furniture, are missing out on so much.
