1. Is your hair naturally curly, wavy, or straight? Long or short?
I have very fine hair that has more of a cowlick to it than anything else, so it does what it wants to do, lay flat, curl annoyingly, whatever the weather dictates. Right now I have it a teensy bit beyond shoulder length as I grow it out.
2. How has your hair changed over your lifetime?
I started off with red hair that later turned blonde, Mom always keep it short and in pigtails. When I hit puberty I rebelled and kept my hair down, at that time it turned brown, so I had long scraggly brown hair, like many girls in the 70s. Today I have to dye it brown or my temples will be white, yes that's right, white. I'm only 40, too. *pouts and laughs*
3. How do your normally wear your hair?
I wear it down, mostly, now, tucked behind my ears. I've had all kinds of different styles in it, but ultimately I prefer shoulder length best. It took me years to grow out the damage the blonde hair that I'd sported for a year, had made.
4. If you could change your hair this minute, what would it look like?
It just needs another dye job and the ends clipped.
5. Ever had a hair disaster? What happened?
I had poodle hair. Mom put in little bitty rods when I had a perm, because that's what the girls did in her day. They would set it, so those tight curls help hold the set. I was a young woman in the early eighties who just wanted curls. My friends didn't recognize me, that's how bad it was. I learned the joy of scrunching and Dippity Do then.
