Bored
Bored and stupidly lonely. Everyone is asleep and I have this blasted potluck thing to attend tomorrow for my husband. This will have no one I know, it will be in a Church (I don't go to Church anymore) and will take up a great portion fo my holiday. If I'm lucky I'll be able to convince him to leave there by three, meaning I might be able to get home at a decent time (4 or 5 at the latest) so i can talk with people who live in a vastly different time zone from me.
I know I sound sulky, I know I promised him I would be there, but I wish he didn't require it. I'm nothing more than the wife to dangle on his arm, "oh, have you met Lorraine?" smile, smile Dull, dull.
Oh well, I guess this makes up for all those times he has to leave the house at 11PM to pick me up from work, when he has to be up at 6:30AM
