Jury duty/Dad
Well, I got picked for one of the jury pools. I go back in a few minutes and see if they want me or not. I do have a good excuse to opt out, although I wish the excuse didn't actually exist.
In other words, Dad has suffered some setbacks. He has bloodclots in his lungs and spent Saturday night and Sunday morning vomiting. He's incredibly depressed. I have the sniffles and despite what the nurses say, I'm hesitant to inflict my germy self on him. So, I'll just call everyday and talk to him and get updates.
