I'm back

I came home from work and saw that livejournal was still down, so we went out and had some dinner. Then we headed to Home Depot and started to plan some changes to the kitchen. I want some simple things, new stove, dishwasher, more cabinets and a big lazy susan in the corner. Mark has been making measurements.

*sigh*

We are looking at a lot of work.

I was pretty sad to have missed being able to exchange e-mail with Franzi real time, since that's the only way we can chat while she's on break. Perhaps tomorrow.
